Three generations of granddaughters of George and Julia Inness Jr. recently visited our church. The oldest, a great-granddaughter, had seen the paintings but never experienced the interior of the church as it is now restored to what Inness had envisioned. Neither her daughter, a great-great granddaughter, nor the youngest, a great-great-great granddaughter, had ever seen the paintings in person.
