George Inness, Jr. was inducted into the 2019 Florida Artists Hall of Fame on April 13, 2019 in Tallahassee. He was one of the great landscape painters of the 1800s and his paintings continue to provide inspiration. The chair of our Inness Committee traveled to Tallahassee to accept the honor. This newly awarded trophy will be housed at our church along with our collection of Inness paintings.
