Cultivating Peace

How can we respond to intolerance, hatred, rage, and other torments?

Recently, our Buddhist Meditation and Study group has been exploring the “Four Immeasurables” for answers. These limitless qualities: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, can be developed by anyone and serve as antidotes to the likes of hostility, cruelty, and greed. Bhante Dhammawansha, senior monk at the Dhamma Wheel Meditation Society, shares Buddhist wisdom as we discuss challenges and progress with our practice.

The group meets weekly to practice and learn together. Anyone is welcome to join at any time.
